Training Scope

Our trainers are not tied to just one training methodology, but use a number of techniques, including formal inputs, indoor and outdoor experiential activities, mentoring and coaching to reflect organizational culture, individual learning preferences, and desired outcomes. Practical sessions are in dyads for Unarmed Combat and Individual exercises for First Aid, Fire Prevention & Control.

Training Delivery

We are equally flexible in our service delivery. Programs can be run at client’s own premises, at our training institutes, or other convenient venues. This flexibility, coupled with our attention to detail and quality focus, ensures that our clients receive training that best suits them.

General Training & Development Plan

Basic Course:

Which includes Topics as specified by the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act 2005 like

Conduct in public and correct wearing of uniform.

Rudimentary knowledge of the Indian Penal Code right to private defence procedure for lodging first information report in the police station.

Badges of rank in police and military forces.

Identification of different types of arms in use in public and police.

Use of security equipments and devices.

On Job Training:

Frisking of employees, visitors & vendors (If permitted by the client).
